Townhouse Inspection

A townhouse sits between a condo and a house — you own more of it than a condo owner does, so there's more to check. I go through the full interior across every level, get into the attic and crawl space or basement if there's access, and look at the exterior bits that are yours. Where something is shared strata property, I'll say so in the report.
You'll usually have the report the same day — the findings, the photos, and what I'd deal with first. Call or email once you've read it and we'll go through anything that isn't clear.
The full list of what I check is on the What I Inspect page. Common questions are on the FAQ.
