You're not buying or selling — you just want to know where the house stands. I go through the same systems as a regular inspection and hand you a list sorted by priority: deal with this now, plan for this in a couple of years, keep an eye on this. Handy before you sink money into a renovation, too.
You'll usually have the report the same day — the findings, the photos, and what I'd deal with first. Call or email once you've read it and we'll go through anything that isn't clear.
