This is the standard inspection for a detached house — the one most buyers book after an accepted offer. I look at everything I can see and safely get to, from the roof and attic down to the crawl space and the electrical panel, and put it all in one report with photos. You'll know what needs work now, what to budget for later, and what's just an older house doing older-house things.
You'll usually have the report the same day — the findings, the photos, and what I'd deal with first. Call or email once you've read it and we'll go through anything that isn't clear.
